Scottish Terriers
Scottish terriers have a nice following of breeders; a picture of this little pooch is cute as can be.
A grown up dog should weigh about 20 pounds with bitches a pound or two less. The dogs of this breed have a rather short tail that is usually about 7 inches long. The animals’ coat comes in steel or iron gray, black, sandy, or wheaten colors; it may also be grizzled or brindle.

Animals of this breed are compact and well-muscled. They have a long, moderately wide, and slightly domed skull. The eyes of the dogs are almond-shaped and set well apart. These dogs have small pointed ears. The animals of this breed usually grow to a height of 10 inches ate the shoulder.
